Details of LGFA Tender 42 will be announced this afternoon at 2pm.
Note that the "amount offered" that will be announced on the website and Bloomberg at 2pm doesn’t include the $50 million of the 2019 and 2020 Series being tendered that will be reserved for subscription by LGFA. LGFA will subscribe for these bonds at the weighted average subscription price determined through the tender and will initially hold these bonds as treasury stock to establish its bond lending facility.
The tender amount in Yieldbroker for each Series will be the actual amount to be tendered.
