Amendment to Operating Rules and Guidelines for LGFA Tenders

The Operating Rules and Guidelines for LGFA Securities Tenders has been updated to reflect the following amendments:

  1. LGFA Securities Issuance Settlement (Section 8.11) has been updated to reflect that LGFA may alter the settlement convention date for specific tenders.

For the upcoming tender on 8 April 2015, the settlement date for LGFA bonds issued in the tender will be 15 April 2015 (T+5). This is to coincide with the maturity date of the 15 April 2015 LGFA Bond.

Settlement convention for LGFA bonds will revert to T+3 from the tender scheduled for 3 June 2015.

  1. Tender Announcement and Result Times (Section 7.2) has been updated to include the right for LGFA to alter the announcement or results timing for specific tenders.
