New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency Limited (LGFA) is considering, subject to market
conditions, making offers in relation to one or more existing series of unsecured, unsubordinated
fixed rate bonds, each of which is already quoted on the NZX Debt Market.
The particular series being considered have the maturity dates and associated NZX ticker codes set
out below:
a) 15 April 2025, NZX ticker code LGF070; and/or
b) 20 April 2029, NZX ticker code LGF110,
together, the 'Bonds', to institutional and New Zealand retail investors.
It is anticipated that full details of any relevant offer(s) will be released tomorrow, when the relevant
offer(s) are expected to open. If LGFA decides to proceed with any relevant offer(s), LGFA will cancel
the proposed tender that is scheduled to occur on 12 October 2022.
LGFA will hold a global investor conference call at 3:00 pm NZT on Monday, 10 October 2022. Details

New Zealand branch) as Joint Lead Managers in relation to any relevant offer(s) of the Bonds.
